30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your KHAVIER purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used laundry sheets cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

Email Support@khavier.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, final-sale items, and opened or used personal or household consumable products are not returnable, except where required by law.
