Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after processing is 5–12 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays. During promotions or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping methods and any charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation using the contact information provided with your order. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs, carrier disruptions, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Address Changes

Please review your delivery address before completing checkout. If an address needs correction, contact Support@khavier.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, delivery without receipt, or damage, contact us with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier.
